1. Description of the function of the
Buttons
CD/Digital
MODE Control Button
Whether
your computer is turned on or off, the CD/Digital control buttons
are locked by default.
To unlock them, press the mode button for more than 3 seconds. Press the mode button again for over 3 seconds to lock them again. After unlock all buttons, press CD/Digital MODE control button to switch CD or Digital mode. Then pressing play button to play music CD, DVD or digital files.
CD/DVD
Mode:
In CD mode, the CD/DVD MODE LED will light.
Press
the CD/Digital Mode button until the CD/DVD MODE LED light.
Pressing play will launch the media application appropriate for
either CDs or DVDs.
If Audio CD
title is present on Windows, launch default Windows® Media™ Player
& Play Audio CD.
If DVD title is present, launch default DVD Player & Play
DVD.
Digital
Mode:
In Digital mode, the Digital LED indicator will light.
Press the
CD/Digital Mode button until the Digital MODE LED light. Pressing
play will launch the Windows® Media™ Player & Play
default play list.
Play/Pause/Stop/Next/Previous
button:
To follow Windows® Media™ Player specification.
2. Software specification
Configuration Menu
Easy Buttons activator icon will appear on the
Windows Taskbar.Right single-click the activator icon to popup a
menu with which you can select the following items.
Exit
Select this option to close all four Easy buttons
applications and their functions.
To launch this program again, find the Easy buttons icon from the
Start Menu. Or you can restart Windows, and the Easy buttons
program will always run automatically.
OnScreen
Display
Selecting this menu option will invoke a OnScreen Display
dialog box.
OnScreen Display dialog box
Font: To
select font and style of OSD text.
Color: To select the color of OSD text.
Enable: To enable/disable the OSD function.
Size: To select the OSD size from the size
list box.
Display: To adjust or input the interval
time of the OSD.
Configure Buttons dialog box
From this dialog box, you can configure four Easy buttons as your own
specific defined buttons.
The dialog box properties for you to
configure your specific defining button.
Button list box: 2
identically named buttons in the list for you to select.
Default button: Restores the default function of selected button.
Caption text box: Change the text message of the OSD and Hint label.
Predefined Function: Those functions on the list have been predefined
and supported by the program. The predefined functions are:
Mute: To turn the sound
mute on or off.
Close: To close the current active application.
Task Switch: To switch the current task (application window) to
the next task.
Application Launch: To
link an executable application file or select a
predefined application from the list. If you select Application Launch option,
it has two more items as described below.
Browse: A file dialog
box for you to find the path of that file. Or you can drag the icon of that
file from Explorer and drop the icon into the Text box of Application Launch
File Name.
Application Launch File Name: You can directly input the specific application file name with its
path or parameter (if necessary).
